目的探讨乳腺钼靶对早期发现乳腺癌的影像特征及其诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析手术病理证实乳腺癌30例的钼靶影像X线征特征及其影像诊断。结果30例乳腺癌中表现单纯钙化6例，肿块伴有钙化12例，单纯肿块有10例，不规则致密影伴钙化2例，星芒状结节影1例；以上病例均伴有2-3个间接征象；乳腺癌诊断符合率约99%。结论乳腺钼靶可以提高早期发现乳腺癌的敏感性，尤期对不可触及乳腺癌的检出率的提高，是早期发现乳腺癌的重要检查方法，具有广泛应用价值。
목적탐토유선목파대조기발현유선암적영상특정급기진단적개치。방법회고성분석수술병리증실유선암30례적목파영상X선정특정급기영상진단。결과30례유선암중표현단순개화6례，종괴반유개화12례，단순종괴유10례，불규칙치밀영반개화2례，성망상결절영1례；이상병례균반유2-3개간접정상；유선암진단부합솔약99%。결론유선목파가이제고조기발현유선암적민감성，우기대불가촉급유선암적검출솔적제고，시조기발현유선암적중요검사방법，구유엄범응용개치。
Objective to explore mammography for early detection of breast cancer imaging features and its diagnostic value. Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyse the mammographic features and imaging diagnostic in 30 cases of breast cancer that pathologically proved.the lesions appeared as simply calcifications in 6 cases, mass with calcification in 12 cases, pure mass 10 cases, irregular density with calcification of 2 cases, Star mans shapeb nodules in 1 shadow; Above the cases with 2-3 indirect signs,and breast cancer diagnosis was about 99%. Conclusion the mammography can improve the sensitivity of the early detection of breast cancer, especially for improving the detection rate of impalpable breast cancer.it is an important method to find breast cancer early and has wide application value.
