目的探讨中医治疗支气管肺癌的临床疗效.方法将本院2009年11月~2011年12月收治的40例支气管肺癌患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组20例.对照组在常规治疗基础上使用NP化疗方案；治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予中医治疗.评定两组的临床疗效,Karnofsky进行生活质量评分,检测治疗前后的肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)和糖类抗原(CA125),观察不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,治疗组客观有效率和Karnofsky评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后的肿瘤标志物比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论中医治疗支气管肺癌的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用.

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment of bronchialLung cancer. Methods:thehospital from 2009November ~2010 year indecember40 cases ofLung cancer patients were randomlydivided into treatmentgroup and controlgroup,20 cases in eachgroup. The controlgroup on the basis of routine treatment using NP chemotherapy; treatmentgroup on the basis of conventional therapy for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Evaluation of the clinical effects of twogroups, Karnofsky score ofLife quality before and after treatment,detection of the tumor marker carcinoembryonic antigen ( CEA ) and carbohydrate antigen ( CA125), to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results: after treatment, the treatmentgroup objective of efficiency and Karnofsky score was significantlyhigher than that of controlgroup ( P<0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatmentgroup than those in the controlgroup ( P<0.05);twogroups after the treatment of tumor markers, thedifference was not statistically significant ( P>0.05). Conclusion: TCM treatment of bronchialLung cancer clinical curative effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
