目的探讨急性出血坏死性肠炎的保守治疗方法与疗效。方法选取32例急性出血坏死性肠炎患者的临床内科治疗资料进行分析。结果32例急性出血坏死性肠炎患者经治疗痊愈31例，2例症状复发经内科治疗好转，死亡1例。结论积极进行全身对症治疗，早期联合使用抗生素，纠正水电解质平衡紊乱，解除中毒症状，预防中毒性休克及其他并发症的发生。
목적탐토급성출혈배사성장염적보수치료방법여료효。방법선취32례급성출혈배사성장염환자적림상내과치료자료진행분석。결과32례급성출혈배사성장염환자경치료전유31례，2례증상복발경내과치료호전，사망1례。결론적겁진행전신대증치료，조기연합사용항생소，규정수전해질평형문란，해제중독증상，예방중독성휴극급기타병발증적발생。
Objective To investigate the curative ef ect and conservative treatment of acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis. Methods 32 cases of acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis patients clinical department of internal medicine on data analysis. Results 32 cases of acute hemorrhagic necrotic enteritis patients after treatment, 31 cases recovered, 2 cases of recurrence of symptoms after Department of internal medicine treatment, 1 cases of death. Conclusion Positive for general symptomatic treatment, combined with the use of antibiotics early, correct water and electrolyte balance disorder, relieve symptoms of poisoning, prevention of toxic shock and other complications.
