目的探讨连续性血液滤过治疗顽固性心力衰竭的治疗效果和安全性。方法对25例顽固性心力衰竭患者，采用连续性血液滤过治疗，观察治疗前后的血生化、血压、心率、呼吸、尿量、肾功能、心功能指标的变化。结果25例顽固性心力衰竭患者经连续性血液滤过治疗后，临床症状明显改善低钠高钾血症得到纠正，心率、呼吸下降，尿量增加，肾功能明显改善，/心功能明显提高，治疗前后对比统计学有明显差异。结论连续性血液滤过治疗顽固性心力衰竭能有效地改善心力衰竭，纠正水电解质紊乱，酸碱平衡失调，是一种行之有效的方法。

Objective: to study the treatment effect and safety of applying continuous Hemofiltration to treat intractable heart failure.Method:25 cases of intractable heart failure patients, adopt the treatment of continuous Hemofiltration and observe changes of blood biochemistry, blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory, urinary, renal function, heart function before and after treatment.Result: after continuous Hemofiltration treatment, clinical symptoms of 25 cases of intractable heart failure patients have marked improvement, low sodium hyperpotassemia has been corrected, and also decreased heart rate and breathing, hydrouria, renal function’s distinct improvement/improved heart function, comparative statistics has significant differences before and after operation.Conclusion: continuous Hemofiltration can effectively improve heart failure, correct water-electrolyte imbalance, acid-base balance disorder in treating intractable heart failure, and it is a proven method.
