目的观察大环内酯类抗生素治疗小儿恙虫病的疗效.方法应用大环内酯类抗生素治疗小儿恙虫病36例和氯霉素进行比较.结果两组在主要临床表现消失时间及治愈率无显著差异( P>0.05).结论大环内酯类抗生素治疗儿童恙虫病疗效好而副作用少.

Objective To observe the curative effect macrolide antibiotics in the treatment of scrub typhus. Methods The application of macrolide antibiotics in the treatment of pediatric scrub typhus 36 example and chloramphenicol are compared. Results The main clinical manifestation disappearing time and curing rate of these two groups had no obvious difference ( P >0.05). Conclusion Macrolide antibiotics in the treatment of scrub typhus in children good curative effect and little side effect.
