在风力发电配电网继电保护的设计中,研究装设静止无功补偿器( SVC)后双馈风电机组( DFIG)对配电网原有保护问题,利用RTDS搭建了含SVC型DFIG实时暂态模型。仿真分析了配电网不同短路点故障时,含SVC型DFIG对配电网暂态电流特性的影响。结果表明:在电网侧故障后,SVC将增强DFIG对系统暂态电流的助增(或分流)作用,进一步增大(或减小)配电网原有保护的范围及灵敏度。

Study impact on the original protection of distribution network after the DFIG is equipped with SVC. A real-time transient model of DFIG with SVC has been built by using RTDS. Utilize RTDS to simulate and analyze the impact of DFIG ( containing SVC) on the character of distribution network transient current when different short dots of the distribution network fail. The result indicates that when the power grid fails, SVC will strengthen DFIG's assis-ting ( or shunt) function, and further enlarge ( or downsize) the scope and sensitivity of the distribution network's o-riginal protection.
