目的探讨老年股骨下段粉碎性骨折内固定术后的护理特点。方法分析了2010年1月~2011年8月我院骨科收治的30例老年股骨下段粉碎性骨折内固定术治疗后患者的临床护理措施。结果对30例患者内固定术后采取心里护理,病情观察护理,预防褥疮护理,预防下肢静脉血栓形成的护理及健康教育等措施,所有患者均治愈出院,其中3例在术后4天出现下肢深静脉血栓形成,1例出现褥疮,经临床治疗和护理均治愈。结论股骨下段粉碎性骨折后除了积极治疗外,有效的护理措施可提高内固定术治疗的成功率,减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量。
목적탐토노년고골하단분쇄성골절내고정술후적호리특점。방법분석료2010년1월~2011년8월아원골과수치적30례노년고골하단분쇄성골절내고정술치료후환자적림상호리조시。결과대30례환자내고정술후채취심리호리,병정관찰호리,예방욕창호리,예방하지정맥혈전형성적호리급건강교육등조시,소유환자균치유출원,기중3례재술후4천출현하지심정맥혈전형성,1례출현욕창,경림상치료화호리균치유。결론고골하단분쇄성골절후제료적겁치료외,유효적호리조시가제고내고정술치료적성공솔,감소병발증,제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the elderly femoral comminuted fractures after internal fixation of the nursing characteristics. Method from January to2011August2010 analyzed the Department of orthopedics in our hospital treated 30cases of senile femoral comminuted fracture with internal fixation in the treatment of patients after clinical nursing measures. Results30 cases of patients after internal fixation of take heart care, illness observation and nursing, prevention of bedsore nursing, the prevention of lower limb venous thrombosis nursing and health education and other measures, all patients were cured,3 cases in4 days after operation of lower limb deep venous thrombosis occurred in 1 cases, bedsore, after clinical treatment and nursing were cured. Conclusion femoral comminuted fractures after the addition of active treatment, effective nursing measures can increase the internal fixation treatment success rate, decrease the complications, improve the quality of life of patients.
