目的报告成功抢救3例塑性小儿支气管炎的病例，并总结护理体会。方法对3例塑性小儿支气管炎的患儿给予支气管镜检查及气道内内生性异物取出，配合支气管镜肺泡灌洗及呼吸机辅助呼吸。结果3例患儿均取出异物，治愈出院。结论对塑性小儿支气管炎通过支气管镜检查及气道内取出内生性异物，配合支气管镜灌洗及呼吸机辅助呼吸，结合有效的抢救及护理措施，能大大提高抢救成功率。
목적보고성공창구3례소성소인지기관염적병례，병총결호리체회。방법대3례소성소인지기관염적환인급여지기관경검사급기도내내생성이물취출，배합지기관경폐포관세급호흡궤보조호흡。결과3례환인균취출이물，치유출원。결론대소성소인지기관염통과지기관경검사급기도내취출내생성이물，배합지기관경관세급호흡궤보조호흡，결합유효적창구급호리조시，능대대제고창구성공솔。
