目的探讨慢性泪囊炎鼻泪管支架植入术的围手术期护理。方法总结382例慢性泪囊炎鼻泪管支架植入术的围手术期护理、手术分析、手术配合。结果通过有效的术前、术后护理及术中配合降低术后并发症，提高了患者的生活质量。结论控制炎症、加强心理疏导、做好健康宣教加强观察和护理是预防鼻泪管从鼻腔内脱出的基本保证。

Objective To evaluate the perioperative care of chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct stent implantation summary of 382 cases of chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct stenting perioperative care, surgical analysis, with the surgery. Results Through effective preoperative, postoperative care, and with reducing postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life of patients. The conclusion to control inflammation, strengthen psychological counseling, to do health education to enhance the observation and care is a basic guarantee for the prevention of the nasolacrimal duct from the nasal prolapse.
