A combined accelerated ejection mechanism was designed according to the state that the banana gate is set in the front mould. The structure composition and working prin-ciple of the mechanism were discussed; and the critical technology parameters of the mech-anism were theoretically studied. The experimental result shows that the mechanism can re-alize the core-pulling of up-side-down product and demoulding of banana gate.
