Serum calcium%Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM)%Insulin resistance(IR)
目的探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)血清钙的变化与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系.方法选取40例GDM患者以及42例正常糖耐量(NGT)孕妇,测定其血清钠、钾、钙、空腹血糖(FBG)及空腹胰岛素(FNS),并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),统计比较数据并相关分析.结果 GDM组HOMA-IR较NGT组升高,ISI较NGT组降低,经t检验,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义.相关分析显示,GDM患者血清钙离子水平与HOMA-IR呈负相关(P<0.05),与ISI呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 GDM患者存在钙离子代谢紊乱,血清钙降低,会引起细胞内钙离子浓度升高,从而加重IR.对指导临床治疗有重要意义.

Objective This research is to investigate the correlation between serum calcium and IR in GDM patients. Methods Serum calcium levels were determined together with serum Na+, K+, FBG, FINS. These parameters were classified and matched statistically. The serum calcium, HOMA-IR, ISI of experimental group and control group were compared. The correlation between serum calcium and HOMA-IR, ISI was analyzed. Results The levels of HOMA-IR for the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the levels of ISI were lower. Both were analyzed with the test (P<0.05).The significant inverse correlation of serum calcium with HOMA-IR (P<0.05) as well as significant positive correlation of serum calcium with ISI were seen (P<0.05). Conclusions Abnormal calcium metabolism with lower serum calcium levels, which would cause higher intracellular calcium concentration, is responsible for IR, which will be important for clinical treatment.
