目的观察耳穴贴压治疗女性围绝经期综合征的临床疗效及对生殖激素的影响.方法将符合诊断标准的60例患者，随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例).治疗组予耳穴贴压肾、内生殖器、内分泌、皮质下等穴.对照组予口服雌激素.两组均治疗28天后，观察两组患者治疗前后kuppermann评分、血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平等指标的变化.结果1.治疗后，两组均能降低患者的kuppermann评分(P<0.01)，两组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)；2.治疗后，两组均能降低患者血清FSH、LH水平，提高血清E2水平(P<0.01)，两组间比较，差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)；3.两组临床疗效比较，治疗组总有效率为93.33%，对照组为96.67%，两组间治疗总有效率比较，差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论1.耳穴贴压法和激素替代疗法均可降低患者血清FSH 、LH水平，提高血清E2水平，两组方法治疗围绝经期综合征疗效显著；2.两组方法疗效无显著性差异，与激素替代疗法比较，耳穴贴压法治疗围绝经期综合征更为简便、安全.
목적관찰이혈첩압치료녀성위절경기종합정적림상료효급대생식격소적영향.방법장부합진단표준적60례환자，수궤분위치료조(30례)화대조조(30례).치료조여이혈첩압신、내생식기、내분비、피질하등혈.대조조여구복자격소.량조균치료28천후，관찰량조환자치료전후kuppermann평분、혈청란포자격소(FSH)、황체생성소(LH)、자이순(E2)수평등지표적변화.결과1.치료후，량조균능강저환자적kuppermann평분(P<0.01)，량조간비교차이무현저성의의(P>0.05)；2.치료후，량조균능강저환자혈청FSH、LH수평，제고혈청E2수평(P<0.01)，량조간비교，차이무현저성의의(P>0.05)；3.량조림상료효비교，치료조총유효솔위93.33%，대조조위96.67%，량조간치료총유효솔비교，차이무현저성의의(P>0.05).결론1.이혈첩압법화격소체대요법균가강저환자혈청FSH 、LH수평，제고혈청E2수평，량조방법치료위절경기종합정료효현저；2.량조방법료효무현저성차이，여격소체대요법비교，이혈첩압법치료위절경기종합정경위간편、안전.
Objective:To investigate the effect of the auricular pressing treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and apply a more effective method for the disease. Methods:60 patients were randomly grouped to treated group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treated group is by auricular pressing; the control group is cured by hormone treatment. With 28 days being one the course, after a course of treatment, Check the changes of symptoms, serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) levels. Results: 1. After treatment, both groups can reduce the score of kuppermann of perimenopausal syndrome patients (P<0.01), between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);2. After treatment, both groups can reduce the serum FSH, LH levels, improve the serum E2 levels (P<0.01), between the two groups, there was no significant difference(P>0.05); 3.The total effective rate of the treated group 93.33%. The control group was 96.67%. Statistical analysis shows that there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: 1.Auricular pressing therapy and hormone treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of the perimenopausal syndrome patients, and reduce the serum FSH, LH levels, improve the serum E2 levels. Two treatment are worked for perimenopausal syndrome; 2. Auricular pressing therapy around an alternative to hormone therapy for treating perimenopausal syndrome
