目的了解护理专业学生在临床实习期间发生针刺伤的情况,分析针刺伤的原因及对学生造成的影响,采取针对性防护措施,制定完善的教学计划,加强学生的防护教育.方法采用问卷调查法,对58名在我院实习的护生进行调查.结果58名实习护生中,发生针刺伤者占86.2%.学生针刺伤后的主要表现为害怕、恐惧、担心、无助,产生一系列的精神心理症状,渴望被尊重和重视,渴望针刺后的支持系统,希望安全教育制度更加完善.结论不同科室、环节、缺乏防护知识以及防护教育是实习护生发生针刺伤的相关因素.临床护理带教工作应重视学生的安全防护教育,强化其自我防护意识,建立完善的针刺伤后的支持系统,关心学生的心理状况,减少针刺伤发生,提高学生工作积极性.

Conclusion different departments, and link, lack of protection knowledge and education practice and protect life protection is happened needle stabbing of related factors. Clinical nursing and teaching should attach importance to the students work safety education, to enhance their self-protection awareness, establish and improve the needle sting support system, to care for students' psychological condition, reduce needle stabbing occurred, to improve the students' enthusiasm.
