目的了解护理专业学生在临床实习期间发生针刺伤的情况，分析针刺伤的原因及对学生造成的影响，采取针对性防护措施，制定完善的教学计划，加强学生的防护教育.方法采用问卷调查法，对58名在我院实习的护生进行调查.结果58名实习护生中，发生针刺伤者占86.2%.学生针刺伤后的主要表现为害怕、恐惧、担心、无助，产生一系列的精神心理症状，渴望被尊重和重视，渴望针刺后的支持系统，希望安全教育制度更加完善.结论不同科室、环节、缺乏防护知识以及防护教育是实习护生发生针刺伤的相关因素.临床护理带教工作应重视学生的安全防护教育，强化其自我防护意识，建立完善的针刺伤后的支持系统，关心学生的心理状况，减少针刺伤发生，提高学生工作积极性.

Clinical nursing and teaching should attach importance to the students work safety education, to enhance their self-protection awareness, establish and improve the needle sting support system, to care for students' psychological condition, reduce needle stabbing occurred, to improve the students' enthusiasm.
