目的探讨甲状腺次全切除术患者围手术期的护理。方法回顾性分析300例甲状腺次全切除术患者的护理。包括术前的心理护理及术前准备；术后的一般护理；术后并发症的观察与护理等。结果护理方法合理，效果良好，未发生与护理有关的并发症，患者均治愈出院。结论强调甲状腺次全切除术患者应充分做好术前护理，加强术后的观察与护理，对提高患者的治愈率，促进康复起到重要的作用。
목적탐토갑상선차전절제술환자위수술기적호리。방법회고성분석300례갑상선차전절제술환자적호리。포괄술전적심리호리급술전준비；술후적일반호리；술후병발증적관찰여호리등。결과호리방법합리，효과량호，미발생여호리유관적병발증，환자균치유출원。결론강조갑상선차전절제술환자응충분주호술전호리，가강술후적관찰여호리，대제고환자적치유솔，촉진강복기도중요적작용。
Objective To explore the perioperative period nursing of the patients who have thyroid gland inferior total excision surgery. Methods We retrospective analysis 300 cases patients who have thyroid gland inferior total excision surgery nursing, it includes preoperative nursing, preoperative preparation, postoperative nursing and observation, and also includes nursing of the postoperative complications. Results The nursing methods are reasonable and effective, the nursing related rcomplications don’t happened, and the patients are recovered. Conclusion The patients who have thyroid gland inferior total excision surgery should have sufficient preoperative nursing, the postoperative observation and nursing must enhance. It will play a important role in increasing the patients’cure rate and promoting they recover.
