目的探讨下肢骨折术后并发急性深静脉血栓形成的护理措施，预防并发症发生。方法回顾性分析了2010年3月~2012年3月我院骨科收治的11例下肢骨折术后并发急性深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料及护理方法。结果11例患者经临床综合治疗及精心护理后，痊愈10例，显效1例，无效0例，总有效率100%。结论下肢骨折术后并发急性深静脉血栓形成时除了及时有效的应用抗凝治疗外，临床上采取有针对性的护理措施是治疗成功的关键。
목적탐토하지골절술후병발급성심정맥혈전형성적호리조시，예방병발증발생。방법회고성분석료2010년3월~2012년3월아원골과수치적11례하지골절술후병발급성심정맥혈전형성환자적림상자료급호리방법。결과11례환자경림상종합치료급정심호리후，전유10례，현효1례，무효0례，총유효솔100%。결론하지골절술후병발급성심정맥혈전형성시제료급시유효적응용항응치료외，림상상채취유침대성적호리조시시치료성공적관건。
Objective To investigate after lower limb fracture complicated with acute deep venous thrombosis nursing measures, prevention of complications. Methods a retrospective analysis of2010March to 2012March in Department of orthopedics in our hospital11 cases of lower limb fracture complicated with acute deep venous thrombosis in patients with the clinical data and nursing methods. Results 11 cases of patients with clinical comprehensive treatment and care,10 cases were cured,1 cases were markedly effective,0 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 100%. Conclusion after lower limb fracture complicated with acute deep venous thrombosis in addition to timely and effective application of anticoagulant therapy, clinical take targeted measures is the key to successful treatment.
