目的探讨适宜腹股沟疝无张力修补术的麻醉方式.方法我院自2007年7月至2012年7月收治腹股沟疝患者420例，随机分为治疗组及对照组，每组各210例，治疗组给予局部麻醉，对照组给予硬膜外麻醉，观察两组患者的麻醉效果，统计临床并发症和术后恢复情况.结果两组患者术后并发症相比较，治疗组显著低于对照，差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗组住院时间、治疗费用也显著低于对照组.而两组患者恢复时间、手术时间等相比较，差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论局部麻醉是大多数腹股沟疝无张力修补术的适宜麻醉方式，可以在临床推广应用.

objective: to study the appropriate without tension inguinal hernia repair of way of anesthesia. Methods:our hospital since July 2007 to July 2012 were 420 patients with inguinal hernia, divided into the treatment group and control group, each group of the 210 cases, the treatment group give local anesthesia, the control group give epidural anesthesia, observe two sets of patients anesthesia effect, statistical clinical complications, and postoperative recovery. Results: two groups were compared to the postoperative complications, the treatment group than controls significantly, a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05), the treatment group length of hospital stay, cost is also significantly lower than those of the control group therapy. And the two groups of patients recovery time, operation time, compare, not significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: local anesthesia is most the groin hernia repair of no tension the suitable way anesthesia, can be in clinical application.
