对GB/T 17530.5-1998测定工业丙烯酸及酯中阻聚剂含量的测量不确定度进行评定。分析了标准物质、分析操作、曲线回归、重复性测定等方面对不确定度的影响。结果表明,曲线回归及重复性测定对不确定度影响最大。当样品中MEHQ含量为190.78 mg/kg时, MEHQ含量的扩展不确定度为4.2 mg/kg(k=2)。

The uncertainty of determination of MEHQ in acrylic acid and esters was evaluated dccording to the method of the GB/T 17530.5-1998. The influencing factors the uncertainty were analyzed from the standard material, operation,curvilinear regression and measurement repeatability etc. The results showed that the effects of curvilinear regression and measurement repeatability were most significant factors. As the con-tent of MEHQ in the sample was 190.78mg/L ,its expanded uncertainty was 4.2 mg/kg(k=2).
