目的：观察舒适护理在无创机械通气（noninvasive mechanical ventilation，NIMV）治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者中的应用效果。方法将2009年3月到2013年2月间收治的86例应用 NIMV 治疗的 COPD 患者按护理方法不同分为2组，观察组实施舒适护理，对照组实施常规护理，观察两组患者治疗效果。结果经治疗和护理干预后观察组病情好转率高于对照组，转为有创机械通气率低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论对 COPD 患者实施舒适护理可以使 NIMV 治疗达到较好的临床效果。
목적：관찰서괄호리재무창궤계통기（noninvasive mechanical ventilation，NIMV）치료만성조새성폐질병（COPD）환자중적응용효과。방법장2009년3월도2013년2월간수치적86례응용 NIMV 치료적 COPD 환자안호리방법불동분위2조，관찰조실시서괄호리，대조조실시상규호리，관찰량조환자치료효과。결과경치료화호리간예후관찰조병정호전솔고우대조조，전위유창궤계통기솔저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론대 COPD 환자실시서괄호리가이사 NIMV 치료체도교호적림상효과。
Objective:To observe the application effect of comfortable nursing on patients with COPD treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation(NIMV). Methods:Eighty-six cases of application from March 2009 to February 2013 were treated by noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. They were divided into 2 groups according to different nursing methods,to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of pa-tients. Results:Condition improved rate was higher and the rate of those changed into invasive mechanical ventilation was lower in the observation group than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can help NIMV to achieve a good clinical effect.
