目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症Graves病合并2型糖尿病的诊断与治疗.方法我院内分泌科自2010年1月至2011年12月,收治甲状腺功能亢进症Graves病合并2型糖尿病患者22例.其中男性6例,女性18例.当患者确诊为甲状腺功能亢进症Graves病合并2型糖尿病,均接受抗甲状腺药物(他巴唑或丙基硫氧嘧啶)治疗,并合理控制饮食,口服降糖药或应用胰岛素治疗.结果22例患者经对症治疗后,症状均有不同程度好转.FT3、FT4、TSH、T3、T4值基本恢复正常,空腹血糖值降为6.5~8.2mmol/L,餐后血糖值在7.8~9.8mmol/L.结论一旦确诊甲状腺功能亢进症Graves病合并2型糖尿病,需要同时给予抗甲状腺药物及降糖药物治疗,并随着甲亢症状的控制,随时调整降糖药的使用.
목적탐토갑상선공능항진증Graves병합병2형당뇨병적진단여치료.방법아원내분비과자2010년1월지2011년12월,수치갑상선공능항진증Graves병합병2형당뇨병환자22례.기중남성6례,녀성18례.당환자학진위갑상선공능항진증Graves병합병2형당뇨병,균접수항갑상선약물(타파서혹병기류양밀정)치료,병합리공제음식,구복강당약혹응용이도소치료.결과22례환자경대증치료후,증상균유불동정도호전.FT3、FT4、TSH、T3、T4치기본회복정상,공복혈당치강위6.5~8.2mmol/L,찬후혈당치재7.8~9.8mmol/L.결론일단학진갑상선공능항진증Graves병합병2형당뇨병,수요동시급여항갑상선약물급강당약물치료,병수착갑항증상적공제,수시조정강당약적사용.
Objective: To investigate the hyperthyroidism Graves disease complicated with type 2 diabetes : diagnosis and treatment. Methods: the Department of endocrinology in our hospital from 2010January to 2011December, treated hyperthyroidism Graves disease patients complicated with type 2 diabetes : report of 22 cases. Male 6 cases, female 18 cases. When patients are diagnosed with hyperthyroidism Graves disease complicated with type 2 diabetes, were treated with antithyroid drugs ( methimazole or propylthiouracil) treatment, and reasonable diet, oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin treatment. Results: 22 patients after symptomatic treatment, symptoms improved in varying degrees. FT3, FT4, TSH, T3, T4 value returned to normal, and fasting blood glucose values down to 6.5~8.2mmol/L, postprandial glucose values in 7.8~9.8mmol//L. Conclusion: once the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism with Graves disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus need, while giving antithyroid drugs and antidiabetic drug therapy, and with the symptoms of thyrotoxicosis control, adjust the antidiabetic drug use.
