目的观察网络复位治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的效果。方法32例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者采用网络复位固定法，保存了肩袖和骨膜完整性，手法挤压使骨折复位，三叶形钢板六个松质骨螺钉拧如，使成网柱状固定骨折。对所有病例术后进行随访。结果本组病例骨折愈合良好，无1例发生坏死。肩关节功能恢复情况：优16例，良14例，满意2例，优良率94%，结论网络复位固定法治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折疗效好，可最大限度保护血运，避免坏子，利于骨折愈合及功能恢复。
목적관찰망락복위치료굉골근단분쇄성골절적효과。방법32례굉골근단분쇄성골절환자채용망락복위고정법，보존료견수화골막완정성，수법제압사골절복위，삼협형강판륙개송질골라정녕여，사성망주상고정골절。대소유병례술후진행수방。결과본조병례골절유합량호，무1례발생배사。견관절공능회복정황：우16례，량14례，만의2례，우량솔94%，결론망락복위고정법치료굉골근단분쇄성골절료효호，가최대한도보호혈운，피면배자，리우골절유합급공능회복。
Abrstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of reticular reduction and fixation in treating comminuted for fracture of the proximal humerus.Methods 32 Patients with comminuted fractures of the proximal humerus were treated with reticular reduction and fixation:keep rotator cuff and periosteumintat,reduct fracture by squeezing and compacting and fix with three-blade plate by inserting six cancellous screws to from reticulum all the cases were follwsed up after surgery. Results fractures in all cases healed well no necresis occurred functions of the shoulder joints were:excellent in 16 cases,good in 14 cases,fair in 2 cases.The excellent and good rate is 94%.Conclusion Reticular reduction and fixation has a good clinical effect in treating comminuted fracture of the proximal;it can protect the blood suppy maximally avoid necrsis of the humeral head.Promote bone healing and help to function recovery.
