目的探讨采用输尿管硬镜治疗输尿管结石并狭窄的入镜技巧。方法应用输尿管硬镜治疗输尿管结石并狭窄62例。结果60例手术中输尿管硬镜能够进入输尿管并越过狭窄,57例顺利碎石,3例结石冲入肾脏,术后行ESWL碎石；2例改为开放手术取石。结论顺利入镜并突破狭窄是输尿管镜下治疗输尿管结石并狭窄的关键,掌握方法技巧,谨慎耐心操作是输尿管镜手术成功的必要元素。
목적탐토채용수뇨관경경치료수뇨관결석병협착적입경기교。방법응용수뇨관경경치료수뇨관결석병협착62례。결과60례수술중수뇨관경경능구진입수뇨관병월과협착,57례순리쇄석,3례결석충입신장,술후행ESWL쇄석；2례개위개방수술취석。결론순리입경병돌파협착시수뇨관경하치료수뇨관결석병협착적관건,장악방법기교,근신내심조작시수뇨관경수술성공적필요원소。
Objective: to explore the skills of ureteral hard mirror therapy ureteral stonesand stricture. Methods:using ureteral hard mirror treat 62cases of ureteral stone and stricture. Results:60 cases of Successfully enter ureteral and beyond the stricture, 57 cases of Successful gravel , 3 cases of stones go into kidney , then ESWL, 2 cases of open surgery. Conclusion: smoothly access and go through the stricture is the key of treating ureteral stones andstricture, and mastering the method skill, operating patiently and careful is the necessary element of successful ureteroscopy surgical.
