目的进一步探讨缺血性肠病诊断和疗效,减少死亡率和并发症。方法9例缺血性肠病患者,采用中西医结合治疗。结果早期诊断,早期治疗,抢时间,争速度,9例患者均全愈出院,随访6个月无复发。结论通过综合思维诊断(减少漏诊和误诊),力争早期诊断,综合治疗(避免使肠缺血进一步加重),取得满意效果。

Objective: To explore the diagnosis of ischemic bowel disease and curative effect, reduce mortality and complications. Methods: 9 cases of bowel disease, use of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. Results: early diagnosis and early treatment, nine patients were cured and released, follow-up six months without recurrence. Conclusion: through the comprehensive thinking diagnosis (reduce the diagnosis and misdiagnosis), strive to early diagnosis, comprehensive treatment (avoid make bowel ischemia accentuate further), and get satisfied results.
