目的探讨生精片联合手术治疗精索静脉曲张(VC)所致不育的临床疗效。方法将VC不育症患者随机分成观察、对照两组，观察组为生精片联合手术治疗组，观察组为单纯手术组。结果两组治疗后在精子密度、精子活率、精子活力和正常形态精子数、睾酮、配偶受孕率方面都有显著改善，且观察组改善优于对照组。观察组患者卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素在治疗后较治疗前下降，治疗后配偶受孕机率、受孕时间较对照组提高。结论生精片联合手术治疗VC不育患者较单纯手术治疗在改善生殖内分泌激素失调，提高精子质量等方面效果更好，而且更易增加受孕率，缩短治疗后受孕时间。
목적탐토생정편연합수술치료정색정맥곡장(VC)소치불육적림상료효。방법장VC불육증환자수궤분성관찰、대조량조，관찰조위생정편연합수술치료조，관찰조위단순수술조。결과량조치료후재정자밀도、정자활솔、정자활력화정상형태정자수、고동、배우수잉솔방면도유현저개선，차관찰조개선우우대조조。관찰조환자란포자격소、황체생성소재치료후교치료전하강，치료후배우수잉궤솔、수잉시간교대조조제고。결론생정편연합수술치료VC불육환자교단순수술치료재개선생식내분비격소실조，제고정자질량등방면효과경호，이차경역증가수잉솔，축단치료후수잉시간。
Objective To explore the spermatogenic tablet combined with operation for the treatment of varicocele infertility (VC) clinical efficacy. Methods the VC infertility patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group two, the observation group, for spermatogenic tablets combined with operation in the treatment group, the observation group is of simple operation group. Results of the two groups after treatment in the sperm density, sperm motility, sperm motility and normal morphology sperm count, testosterone, spouse conception rates have improved significantly, and the group was better than the control group. The patients in the observation group FSH, LH in the decreased after treatment with spouse, treatment after fertilization probabilities, the time of pregnancy than in the control group improved. Conclusion the spermatogenic tablet combined with operation in the treatment of VC in infertile patients with relatively simple operation therapy in improving reproductive endocrine disorders, improve sperm quality and effect is better, and be more susceptible to increase pregnancy rate, shorten the time of pregnancy after treatment.
