目的分析不合格中药饮片的退货原因，总结中药饮片质量验收经验，以保证临床用药的正确、有效、安全.方法采用Excel软件统计2008年~2011年退货的中药饮片.结果拒收不合格中药饮片2046批次，共220074 kg.不合格原因主要为硫磺熏蒸、加重、染色、药渣、伪品和掺伪等.结论需根据中药饮片的特性，关注气候和市场等影响因素，进一步做好中药饮片入库验收工作.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the rejected reasons for the unqualified Traditional Chinese Medicine in small pieces in our hospital from 2008 to 2011. The experience of quality acceptance was summarized to ensure the correct, effective and safe of using of medicine in clinical. METHODS: The Excel software was applied to get the statistics of rejected TCM in small pieces from 2008 to 2011. RESULTS: A total of 2046 batches (220074 kg) TCM in small pieces were rejected. The reasons concluded sulfur fumigation, aggravation, dyeing, and the using of counterfeit and adulterated, etc. CONCLUSION: In order to ensure the quality of TCM in small pieces, the impact of the climate and market factors should be concerned with, based on the characteristics of TCM in small pieces.
