目的了解本县县城及乡镇政府所在地幼儿园活动场所环境、空气、物体表面细菌污染情况.方法检测方法、结果评价参考GB/T 18204.1-2000、GB 15982-1995、GB9663-1996和DB 31/8-2004进行.结果共采到标本909份，合格541份，总合格率为59.5%.其中教(寝)室空气、老师手表面、课桌表面、玩具表面和扶手类表面的合格率分别为54.6%、53.4%、64.2%、74.1%和56.7%.结论灵山县幼儿园活动场所环境细菌菌落总数监测结果合格率还处于较低水平，随时有可能引起疾病的传播和流行.国家应及时制订出托儿所幼儿园活动场所环境、空气、物体表面卫生标准，为日常监督监测提供依据，为学龄前儿童的健康成长提供有力保障.

objective: To understand the kindergarten activity sites about the environment, air, surface bacterial contamination in the County. Methods: Detection methods and evaluation were in accordance with GB / T 18204.1-2000, GB 15982-1995, GB9663-1996 and DB 31/8-2004. Results: 909 specimens were collected, and 541 were eligible, the total pass rate was 59.5%. Pass rates of the air in the classroom, surface of teacher's hands、desks、toys and handrails were 54.6%, 53.4%、64.2%、74.1% and 56.7%. Conclusion: The monitoring results of kindergarten activity sites about aerobic bacterial count were at a low level pass rate, which could cause the spread of disease and epidemic. Our country should develop health standards about environment, air and surface in Kindergarten places of activity, so provide the basis for the daily supervision and monitoring then for the healthy growth of preschool children to provide strong protection.
