目的研究以小儿腭裂手术为例,研究七氟烷全凭吸入麻醉应用于小儿手术的临床效果.方法比较案例分析法.回顾性分析我院近年收治的行小儿腭裂患者110例,根据术中麻醉方法分为丙泊酚组(6-10mg/(kg.h))和七氟烷组(8%七氟烷面罩吸入)各55例,比较组别间术中血流动力学状况和术后清醒状况.结果两组患儿手术期间心率(HR)较手术前均明显加快,但丙泊酚组心率明显高于同期七氟烷组(p<0.05),七氟烷组患儿术后自主睁眼时间、拔管时间、不良反应临率均显著低于丙泊酚组(p<0.05).结论七氟烷全凭吸入麻醉方法简单,术后患儿易苏醒,不良反应率低,值得广泛应用于儿童手术中.
