目的探究红景天颗粒对动物缺氧耐受力的影响。方法将120只小鼠分为三组,每组40只,每组分别设有三个剂量组和对照组。分别进行体重、常压耐缺氧时间、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间、急性脑缺血性缺氧时间的比较。结果各组的体重比较无显著性差异。三个剂量组与对照组比较小鼠的常压耐缺氧时间、急性脑缺血性缺氧时间均有显著性差异;亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间各组均有不同程度增加但无显著差异。结论红景天颗粒对动物具有提高缺氧耐受力功能。

목적탐구홍경천과립대동물결양내수력적영향。방법장120지소서분위삼조,매조40지,매조분별설유삼개제량조화대조조。분별진행체중、상압내결양시간、아초산납중독존활시간、급성뇌결혈성결양시간적비교。결과각조적체중비교무현저성차이。삼개제량조여대조조비교소서적상압내결양시간、급성뇌결혈성결양시간균유현저성차이;아초산납중독존활시간각조균유불동정도증가단무현저차이。결론홍경천과립대동물구유제고결양내수력공능。
Objective To explore the Rhodiola particles of animal hypoxia tolerance. Method 120 mice divided into three groups (n=40), each respectively with three-dose group and control group. Were weight, hypoxia tolerance time, sodium nitrite poisoning survival time, the comparison of acute cerebral ischemia hypoxia. Results The weight of each group was no significant difference. Three dose groups compared with control group mice, hypoxia tolerance, acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia are significantly different; sodium nitrite poisoning increase in survival time in varying degrees but no significant differences. Conclusion Co-Glo the Rhodiola particles has to improve the function of hypoxia tolerance of the animal.
