目的调查成人正畸患者体像障碍发生率，并比较正畸患者与非正畸患者的体像障碍差异.方法采用体像障碍自评量表，对200例正畸患者(测试组)和200例非正畸者(对照组)进行评测和分析.结果测试组中有8.5%的受试者总分超过体像障碍临界值(36分)，对照组仅有1.5%的受试者总分超过临界值，两者百分率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；八个维度测试的平均分，实验组大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论成人正畸患者的体像障碍患病率和评分均较非正畸者高，表明成人正畸患者较同龄非正畸者更具有患体像障碍的倾向.

Objective To investigate the incidence of body dysmorphic disorder in adult orthodontic patients, and compare the difference between orthodontic patients and unorthodontic patients. Methods 200orthodontic patients and 200 unorthodontic patients were investigated and analyzed with the self-rating body dysmorphic disorder(BDD)scale. Result 8.5%patients in experimental group had a high score that exceeded the critical value(36points),1.5%patients in control group exceeded critical value(P<0.05);the experimental group was higher than that of control group in eight dimensional average score(P<0.05).Conclusion there were higher rate of BDD in adult orthodontic patients which indicate that the adult orthodontic patients tend to catch with BDD.
