在《高等学校商务英语专业本科教学要求》的基础上，阐述了本科商务英语教学中培养学生跨文化商务交际能力的重要作用，认为培养学生跨文化商务交际能力在商务英语人才培养目标中占据核心地位；培养商务英语人才的最终目的也是让学生掌握实际的跨文化商务交际能力；最后试图设置一个比较合理的培养学生跨文化商务交际能力的课程群，以期能够对商务英语人才培养起到一定的积极作用。
재《고등학교상무영어전업본과교학요구》적기출상，천술료본과상무영어교학중배양학생과문화상무교제능력적중요작용，인위배양학생과문화상무교제능력재상무영어인재배양목표중점거핵심지위；배양상무영어인재적최종목적야시양학생장악실제적과문화상무교제능력；최후시도설치일개비교합리적배양학생과문화상무교제능력적과정군，이기능구대상무영어인재배양기도일정적적겁작용。
Based on National Curriculum for BA Program in Business English of China,this paper starts with elaborating the im-portance of developing students' ability of intercultural business communication and then puts forward that developing students' ability of intercultural business communication is essential to the objectives in business English talent cultivation and the final purpose of English talent cultivation is also to enable students to master the practical capacity of intercultural business communication,and finally,it at-tempts to set a more reasonable curriculum group for developing students' ability of intercultural business communication in order to ex-ert a positive influence on the cultivation of business English talents.
