目的比较分析不同年龄组儿童血锌、铁、钙、镁、铜、五种微量元素及血铅水平,了解本地区儿童微量元素情况,从而有效地避免微量元素缺乏的发生并提倡科学育儿.方法随机抽取采集1076例在我所门诊保健的儿童手指末梢血,测定五种微量元素含量及血铅水平,并按照性别、年龄等分组,比较六种元素的水平及分布情况.结果不同年龄组受试儿童末梢血六种微量元素含量呈偏态分布,不存在性别差异(p>0.05);锌、铁、铜、铅元素在不同年龄组间存在差异(p<0.05);锌、铁、钙缺乏多见,存在一定程度的高血铅.结论该地区儿童微量元素营养状况基本处于正常水平,为保证儿童健康成长,防患于未然,应积极预防微量元素的缺乏以及铅中毒.

Objective To compare and analysis five trace elements level include zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium, copper of different children's age groups and their blood lead,to understand the children trace elements in this region, so as to avoid the occurrence of micronutrient deficiencies effectively and advocate scientific child. Method Randomly select 1076 cases blood sample in our out-patient from children's fingers, this is to test the level of six trace element contents and blood lead ,grouped according to gender, age, level and its distribution etc. Results Different children's age groups from peripheral blood, five trace element contents show skewed distribution, no gender difference (p>0.05); zinc, iron, copper, lead elements have differences between different age groups (p <0.05); zinc, iron, calcium elements deficiency are more common, there is a certain degree of high blood lead. Conclusion The child nutritional status of trace elements are basically at the normal level in this region, in order to ensure the healthy development of children and preventive measures, who should be actively prevent the lack of trace elements and lead poisoning.
