目的进一步掌握寿光市农村居民恶性肿瘤死亡水平、死因构成及其变化趋势,提出有针对性的防控措施.方法对寿光市疾病监测系统1993~2010年恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行分析.结果1993~2010年恶性肿瘤合计死亡10297例,年均死亡率为184.86/10万,标化死亡率为135.46/10万.人群粗死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,标化死亡率呈逐年下降趋势.年均死亡率,男性为232.75/10万,女性为135.79/10万(P<0.01)；0~14岁为8.66/10万,15~44岁为24.44/10万,45~64岁为216.14/10万,65岁以上为1054.05/10万.年均死亡率居前4位的恶性肿瘤,全体居民和男性为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、食管癌,女性为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌.结论寿光市1993~2009年农村居民恶性肿瘤死亡率呈上升趋势,主要死因是肺癌、肝癌、胃癌和食管癌.

Objectives This study aims to examine the mortality rate of malignant tumors and main cancer causes of death in Shouguang rural population,and to provide scientific evidence for public health planning and policy making.[Met hods]Mortality data of Shouguang population in the period from 1993-2010 were analyzed.[Results]A total of 10297 deaths were reported with cancers as the underlying cause during 1993 -2010.The annual mean mortality rate and its age-adjusted rate were 184.86/100 000 and 135.46/100 000 people respectively.The annual cruel rate kept increasing while the adjusted rate a decreasing trend.Alittle decyeased in 2010.The cruel rate in males (232.75/100 000) was considerably higher than that in females(135.79/100 000) (P< 0.01).The top four types of cancer as the cause of death for both sex and males were lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,and esophagus cancer;for females were lung cancer,stomach cancer,liver cancer, and esophagus cancer.[Conclusions]The cruel mortality rate due to cancers among Shouguang rural population is rising during 1993 to 2009.Alittle decyeased in 2010.The major cancers as cause of death are lung cancer, liver cancer,stomach cancer,and esophagus cancer.
