研究城市电梯的应急救援体系及救援对策。基于物联网技术构建了电梯安全运行应急处置中心系统。建立了电梯应急救援响应体系和对策,包括建立应急救援组织网络、设立应急救援专用号码、规划应急救援路径、优化应急救援流程、完善应急救援装备。并以南京市城市电梯应急救援系统为例,介绍了应急救援体系及救援对策的实践效果。

This paper researches on emergency response and rescue countermeasure of urban elevator. The elevator emergency center is established based on the Internet of Things(IOT) technologies. The elevator emergency response and rescue countermeasure is built on which includes building ingemergency rescue organization network, setting up a special number of emergency rescue, planning emergency rescue path, optimizing process of emergency rescue, improving the emergency rescue equipment. In the end, this paper taking the elevator emergency rescue system in Nanjing as an example, introduces the emergency rescue system and the effect of the practice of the rescue measures.
