目的：建立跌打丸中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定。方法：色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（78∶22）；流速：0.8 mL/min，检测波长为203 nm，柱温为30℃。结果：人参皂苷Rg1浓度在255.40～766.20μg/mL与峰面积有良好的线性关系（r =0.9985），平均回收率为92.8%（n =6）， RSD为0.58%。结论：该方法快速、准确、重现性好，可作为跌打丸的质量控制方法。

목적：건립질타환중인삼조감Rg1적함량측정。방법：색보주위Agilent ZORBAX C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），류동상위을정-수（78∶22）；류속：0.8 mL/min，검측파장위203 nm，주온위30℃。결과：인삼조감Rg1농도재255.40～766.20μg/mL여봉면적유량호적선성관계（r =0.9985），평균회수솔위92.8%（n =6）， RSD위0.58%。결론：해방법쾌속、준학、중현성호，가작위질타환적질량공제방법。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine ginsenoside Rg1 in dieda pills. Methods:The column of Agilent ZORBAX C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)was used with acetonitrile-water (78:22) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the detection wavelength was at 203 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Results:There was a good linear relationship between ginsenoside Rg1 at the concentration of 255.40 ~ 766.20 μg/mL and the peak area ( r = 0 . 998 5 ) , and the average recovery was 92 . 8% ( n = 6 ) , RSD was 0 . 58%. Conclusion:The method is simple , sensitive and accurate . It can be used for the quality control of dieda pills .
