目的探讨人性化护理在手术室内对儿童吸入七氟烷建立无痛静脉通道的麻醉药用量的影响.方法选取择期手术患儿100例，随机分为常规护理组(N组)和人性化护理组(H组).记录吸入七氟烷到无痛穿刺的时间和七氟烷的用量.结果 H组较N 组的吸入七氟烷的用量少(p<0.05)，吸入麻药到无痛穿刺时间短(p<0.05).结论开展人性化护理建立小儿无痛静脉通道可以减少七氟烷的用量和麻醉诱导时间，值得推广.

Objective To investigate the influence of Humanistic nursing for children in the operating room on the inhaled sevoflurane usage to establish a painless intravenous access. Method 100 children undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into two groups: normal care group (N) and humanistic nursing group (H). The usage of sevoflurane and the time from inhalation of sevoflurane to painless puncture were recorded. Results The usage of sevoflurane and the time from inhalation of sevoflurane to painless puncture in group H were less than those in group N (p<0.05). Conclusion The usage of sevoflurane and the time of anesthesia induction can be reduced by humanistic nursing on children to establish painless intravenous access. The humanistic nursing is worthy of promotion.
