目的研究高原家兔胸部爆炸伤后血浆NO的变化特点.方法家兔随机分为高原致伤组,高原对照组和平原致伤组.分别于伤前和伤后1h、3h和6h各时间点检测各组血浆NO浓度.结果致伤前高原各组血浆NO浓度比平原组低(P<0.05),伤后各组NO浓度持续升高,A、C两组与伤前有明显差异(P<0.05),A组伤后各时间点NO的变化幅度明显高于C组(P<0.01).结论 NO可能是参与高原胸部爆炸伤后急性肺损伤过程的介质之一,这对于高原胸部爆炸伤的早期救治具有重要意义.

Objective To study the changes of NO in plasma after explosive injury of thorax in rabbits in high altitude. Methods Rabbits were randomly divided into control group in high altitude(group B), injury group in high altitude(group A) and injury group in plane(group C). Blood samples were collected before injury and at 1h, 3h, 6h after injury respectively for analysis of plasma NO. Results Before injury the plateau group of the plasma NO concentration was lower than the plain (P <0.05), NO concentration in each group after injury continues to rise, A, C groups were significantly different before injury (P <0.05), A group after injury NO changes at all time points rate was significantly higher than C group (P <0.01). Conclusion NO may be important mediators participating in the progress of lung injury after thoracic explosive injury in high altitude. This is the early treatment of thoracic blast injury is important.
