目的:依据孟塞尔(Munsell)颜色系统“均匀颜色空间”特性,将Vita 3D-Master26色比色板色片色值数字化,拓宽瓷粉应用范畴,提高临床瓷修复体颜色的精确度与美观性。方法采集Vita 3D-Master26色比色板色片及天然牙的数码照,拾取标准色片及天然牙H、S、B色值,数字化分析两者最小色差色片,二次求更小色差,根据更小色差确定混合瓷粉色阶及混合比例,指导瓷修复体制作,并与标准色阶瓷粉修复体进行比较。结果按比例混合瓷粉修复体260颗,其中男180颗,女80颗;标准色阶瓷粉修复体260颗,其中男160颗,女100颗,按比例混合瓷粉配色与标准瓷粉修复颜色满意程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依据“均匀颜色空间”特性,二次求得更小色差,按特定比例混合瓷粉配色,能重现天然牙色彩,方法科学,精确,方便。

목적:의거맹새이(Munsell)안색계통“균균안색공간”특성,장Vita 3D-Master26색비색판색편색치수자화,탁관자분응용범주,제고림상자수복체안색적정학도여미관성。방법채집Vita 3D-Master26색비색판색편급천연아적수마조,습취표준색편급천연아H、S、B색치,수자화분석량자최소색차색편,이차구경소색차,근거경소색차학정혼합자분색계급혼합비례,지도자수복체제작,병여표준색계자분수복체진행비교。결과안비례혼합자분수복체260과,기중남180과,녀80과;표준색계자분수복체260과,기중남160과,녀100과,안비례혼합자분배색여표준자분수복안색만의정도비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론의거“균균안색공간”특성,이차구득경소색차,안특정비례혼합자분배색,능중현천연아색채,방법과학,정학,방편。
Objective To study the effect of Munsell Color System “uniform color space” by digitizing the Vita 3D-Master 26-color palette,which could broaden the scope of application of porcelains ,in improving the color precision and aesthetics of porce-cains.Methods Pick up a standard color value and H ,S,B color values of natural teeth ,analyze the smallest color shading and deter-mine the porcelains reorganization and deployment .Results 260 gold ceramic crowns ( male 180,female 80) were repaired by mixing porcelains were compared with 260 gold ceramic crowns (male 160,female 100) by standard porcelains.The satisfaction was signifi-cantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion It suggested that Mixing porcelains were more accurate and convenient by using “uniform color space”.
