目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(scc)对于肺鳞癌的诊断意义.方法采用酶联附试验，把已经确确诊的肺鳞癌组、普通肺炎组的病人血清及健康对照组血清分别进行检测.结果肺鳞癌组的血清(scc)测定水平远远高于普通肺炎组病人(P<0.05).结论血清肿瘤标志物鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(scc)对于肺鳞癌与普通良性肺病变的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要作用.

Objective To investigate the serum tumor markers in squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigen (scc) for squamous cell carcinoma of diagnostic significance. Methods Using the enzyme-linked attached to the test, serum has been indeed confirmed lung squamous cell carcinoma, ordinary pneumonia group and healthy controls in the serum were detected. [Results Determination of the results of the serum of lung squamous cell carcinoma (scc) level is much higher than ordinary pneumonia group patients (P <0.05). Conclusion The serum tumor markers in squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigen (scc) have an important role in lung squamous cell carcinoma and the common benign lung diseases, diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
