目的探讨胸腰段及腰椎结核后路手术治疗的临床疗效。方法对27例胸腰段及腰椎结核患者采取一期后路病灶清除植骨内固定术。结果全部病例随访9-36个月，其中25例X线片显示椎间植骨块及钛笼内的植骨全部融合；1例由于术前身体条件原因导致复发，经二期治疗后治愈；1例因失访不知其预后。结论一期后路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗胸腰段及腰椎结核是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
목적탐토흉요단급요추결핵후로수술치료적림상료효。방법대27례흉요단급요추결핵환자채취일기후로병조청제식골내고정술。결과전부병례수방9-36개월，기중25례X선편현시추간식골괴급태롱내적식골전부융합；1례유우술전신체조건원인도치복발，경이기치료후치유；1례인실방불지기예후。결론일기후로병조청제식골내고정치료흉요단급요추결핵시일충안전유효적치료방법。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of posterior approach in the treatment of lumbar vertebral and thoracolumbar tuberculosis. Methods 27 patients with lumbar vertebral and thoracolumbar tuberculosis were treated with primary focal cleaning and posterior approach fixation and bone graft. Results 26 cases were followed up 9-36 months, the X-ray of 25 patients showed full fusion between vertebra grafts and titanium implants cage, 1 patient who had a postoperative relapse because of his weak body condition was cured after the secondary treatment. 1 cases of lost to do not know its outcome. Conclusion Primary focal cleaning and posterior approach fixation is a safe and effective method in the treatment of lumbar vertebral and thoracolumbar tuberculosis.
