Joint war is the combined arms participated jointly in military operations,artillery command control and coordination is more complex changeable,the TST strike propose higher requirements to the artillery operation. Operation rules and task process of artillery firing TST are analyzed in detail in this paper,and then,TST-oriented artillery operation command control System Dynamics (SD) model has been constructed,to study artillery command control mechanism and influence relations of artillery operations. A case is taken for an example to simulate and verify this model,some reliable results are gained at last,this research can provide a valid method for joint war artillery operation command control and coordination accurately.
