目的探讨早期康复护理干预对脑梗死患者偏瘫肢体功能恢复的影响.方法将我院2008年2月~2011年5月收治入院的200例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组：对照组入院时给予常规治疗外，只给予常规的与脑梗死相关的护理；观察组除给予常规的护理指导外，还采取积极的早期康复护理措施.结果入院干预前，两组患者偏瘫肢体的功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；护理干预8周后，干预组患者偏瘫肢体的功能显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论早期康复护理可促进脑梗死患者偏瘫肢体功能恢复，提高日常生活能力，加快患者康复进程，全面提高患者的健康生命质量.

Objective: To investigate the early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods: in our hospital from 2008 February to 2011 May admitted to 200 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group: control group were given conventional treatment, only received routine and cerebral infarction associated with care; observation group in addition to routine nursing instruction, also take active early rehabilitation nursing measures. Results: admission before the intervention, two groups of patients with hemiplegia limb function had no significant difference ( P>0.05 ); nursing intervention after 8 weeks, patients in the intervention group function of limbs was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion: the early rehabilitation care can promote the recovery of limb function in hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction, improve the ability of daily living, accelerate rehabilitation process, improve the health quality of life in patients with.
