目的：探讨儿科急诊药房中的不合理处方进行分析，并提出相关对策，从而有效提高儿科处方的质量。方法随机抽取儿科急诊药房中的急诊处方，对药房中的处方以及药物的使用情况进行分析。结果对这次抽取的2645张处方的分析结果发现，这2个月内不合理的急诊处方有114张，占总处方的0.43%。其中处方的不合理主要表现在没有皮试检验、用药的方法不当、用药重复、联合药物用药不当、溶媒的选用不合理、处方不规范等。结论儿科急诊药房的处方质量需要进一步提高，不断加强医师与药师之间的沟通，提高儿科急诊的处方质量，促进小儿患者的合理用药。
목적：탐토인과급진약방중적불합리처방진행분석，병제출상관대책，종이유효제고인과처방적질량。방법수궤추취인과급진약방중적급진처방，대약방중적처방이급약물적사용정황진행분석。결과대저차추취적2645장처방적분석결과발현，저2개월내불합리적급진처방유114장，점총처방적0.43%。기중처방적불합리주요표현재몰유피시검험、용약적방법불당、용약중복、연합약물용약불당、용매적선용불합리、처방불규범등。결론인과급진약방적처방질량수요진일보제고，불단가강의사여약사지간적구통，제고인과급진적처방질량，촉진소인환자적합리용약。
Objective To analyze the unreasonable prescriptions in Pediatric Emergency Pharmacy and put forward related coun-termeasures so as to improve the quality of pediatric prescriptions effectively. Methods The emergency prescriptions in Pediatric Emergency Pharmacy were randomly selected; the prescriptions and the use of drugs were analyzed. Results The results of the analysis of the extracted 2 645 prescriptions showed that, during these two months there were 114 unreasonable emergency pre-scriptions, accounting for 0.43%. The irrationalities of the prescriptions mainly were no skin test, improper use of drugs, repeated medication, improper combination use of drugs, unreasonable solvent selection, nonstandard prescriptions and so on. Conclusion The quality of the prescriptions in Pediatric Emergency Pharmacy needs to be further improved. Strengthening the communication between doctors and pharmacists, improving the quality of prescriptions in Pediatric Emergency can promote the rational use of drugs for pediatric patients.
