目的了解我院住院患者HIV的感染状况和流行特征,为制定预防控制措施提供依据.方法对医院2006-2010年所有住院患者 HIV 感染筛查数据进行回顾性调查,并进行流行特征分析.结果2006-2007年无初筛阳性者,2008-2010年共发现HIV抗体初筛阳性反应13例,阳性率为0.045%.其中2008年初筛阳性反应6例,确诊5例；2009年初筛阳性反应2例,确诊1例；2010年初筛阳性反应5例,确诊3例.结论 HIV感染呈现从无到有的急速上升态势,应提高对艾滋病复杂病情的认识,加强主动筛查和输血前检查.

Objective To explore the HIV infection status of Hospitalized patients and the epidemiological characteristics,and provide the basis for the development of prevention and control measures. Methods To investigate retrospectively of all hospitalized patients with HIV infection screening data in our Hospital from 2006 to 2010, and anlyse epidemiological Characteristics. Results No positive case in 2006-2007, 13 in 2008-2010, the positive rate was 0.045%. 6 cases confirmed 5 cases,2 cases confirmed 1 cases , 5 cases 5 confirmed 3 cases from 2008 to 2010 respectively. Conclusion HIV infection rapidly rising from scratch, we should improve the understanding of the complex disease of AIDS and to strengthen the screening initiative, and pre-transfusion checks.The situation of HIV infection fast rasing,it’s time to strengthen the consciousness of the complexity of the AIDS, and to improve the initiative tests and pre-transfusion checks.
