目的观察探讨大剂量静脉人血丙种球蛋白治疗手足口病患者的临床疗效.方法将126例患者随机分为治疗组72例，对照组54例.治疗组在对照组的基础上给予静脉注射用人血丙种球蛋白(1.0g/kg.d)，连用3日.观察主要症状、体征的改善情况以及并发症、住院时间等进行比较.结果治疗组患者的主要症状、体征的改善情况，平均住院日明显优于对照组.结论静脉注射用人血丙种球蛋白能有效地提高手足口患者的抵抗病毒能力，改善症状，提高免疫，减轻并发症，减少重症化，缩短住院日.
