目的研究三维超声在产前诊断胎儿畸形情况的应用价值.方法选自2009年2月到2012年3月在我院超声科检查诊治的3000例孕妇,随机分为两组,每组1500例,分别采用二维超声和三维超声检查胎儿畸形情况,比较两组的诊断率.结果经出生或引产后证实并比较两组胎儿畸形诊断准确率,三维超声检查胎儿体表和非体表畸形情况,其诊断准确率(93.55%,95.75%)明显高于二维超声组(72.00%,61.11%),差异显著具统计学意义(P<O.05).结论三维超声诊断具有直观、立体、准确等优点,对于胎儿产前畸形检查具有重要的价值,值得临床应用推广.

Objective: To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformations Methods: 3000 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups , each group of 1500 cases , using two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound fetal abnormalities respectively.The rate of diagnosis were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound( 93.55% , 95.75% ) was significantly higher than the two-dimensional ultrasound group (72.00% , 61.11%) after confirmation of birth or induced abortion, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis with an intuitive, three-dimensional, accurate, has an important value for prenatal malformation check.
