目的探讨地奈德软膏联合夫西地酸软膏治疗面部湿疹的治疗效果.方法面部中至重度湿疹患者,患病时间在一周至一个月之间共96例.患者分成治疗组(50例)和对照组(46例),治疗组给予夫西地酸和地奈德联合治疗：夫西地酸软膏先涂患处,5分钟后待药膏吸收后涂用地奈德软膏,一日三次；对照组单用地奈德软膏涂抹患处,一日三次.连续用药6—15天.至皮疹和痒感完全消失后3天停用.在不同的观察日评价治疗效果.结果治疗组在治疗7天后显效和痊愈率达82.0%(41例),对照组显效和痊愈率为34.7%(16例).结论地奈德软膏联合夫西地酸软膏治疗面部湿疹可以明显缩短病程,提高治愈率.

Objective To ire ointment combined with fusidic acid ointment in the treatment of facial eczema treatment. Result In the treatment group the 7 days after the treatment effect and the cured rate was 82% (41 cases) and control group showed the recovery rate was 34.7% (16 cases).Conclusion Desonide ointment combined with fusidic acid ointment in the treatment of facial eczema can shorten the course of disease, improve the cure rate.
