目的探讨如何提高急诊科急危重症患者机械通气治疗的水平，从而达到治疗及挽救生命的目的；方法回顾性分析从2009年1月至2010年7月期间急诊科机械通气治疗的40例急危重症患者的情况，总结经验教训；结果40例经机械通气治疗的患者中成功28例，死亡12例；结论机械通气作为抢救急危重症患者的一种辅助治疗手段在临床上日益重要。

Objective To explore how to improve the emergency department for acute and critically ill patients treated with mechanical ventilation level, so as to achieve treatment and life-saving purposes; Methods Retrospective analysis from 2009 January to 2010 July during emergency department of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of 40 cases of acute critical illness condition, sum up experience lesson; Results In 40 patients with mechanical ventilation the patient was successful in 28 cases, 12 cases of death; Conclusion Mechanical ventilation as a rescue of critically ill patients with a means of adjuvant therapy in clinically is very important.
