由L ED光源、传光光纤、探头、数码相机和计算机组成颜色系统,用计算机获得被测物体表面颜色图像并应用LabVIEW软件来识别点颜色的RGB值。光源为多个探头提供光,且多根传光光纤共用1台数码相机,实现少数终端情况下同时对大面积物体或多个物体的表面颜色进行多点检测,提高了检测效率。

A computer system consisting of a LED light source ,optical fibers ,multiple probes and a digital camera was introduced .The system could acquire the images of objects and determine their RGB values by LabVIEW software . The LED light source could provide light for multiple probes ,several optical fibers shared the same digital camera .So this system could use a few terminals to detect many points on the large surface of an object or detect many objects at the same time ,w hich could greatly improve the detection efficiency .
