针对传统高电阻测量实验系统中电容放电时间测量不准的不足，设计与开发出了基于单片机控制的智能开关控制器，其能对实验系统中的电容冲放电时间进行精准的控制，从而提高了实验精度。本文详细介绍了该系统的硬件电路和软件的设计。

To overcome the shortcomings when measuring the discharge time of capacitor in high-resistance measurement experiment ,a single-chip microcomputer (SCM ) based intelligent switch con-troller was designed ,which could precisely control the discharge time of capacitor and increase the ac-curacy of the experiment .The designs of the hardware and software were described in detail in this paper .
