目的探讨分析微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效.方法将2005年3月至2011年12月间在我院进行治疗的138例三叉神经痛患者，按治疗方法分为治疗组69例，采用微血管减压术治疗；对照组69例，采用伽玛刀治疗.结果治疗后，治疗组总有效率为98.55%，显著高于对照组的88.41%，具有显著性差异(P<0.05)；治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为40.58%和44.93%，两者相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)；治疗组复发率为1.45%，显著低于对照组的10.14%，具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛具有疗效显著、不良反应发生率和复发率低等优点，值得临床推广应用.

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of microvascular decompression treating in patients with the trigeminal neuralgia.Methods: 138 patients with the trigeminal neuralgia were divided treatment group(69), using of microvascular decompression for the treatment,the control group (69) with Gamma Knife.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 98.55%, higher than 88.41% of control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group and control group were 40.58% and 44.93% (P>0.05) ; The relapse rate was 1.45%, significantly lower than 10.14% of the control group,(P<0.05) .Conclusion: Microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia has a significant effect, lower adverse reaction rates and recurrence , it is worthy of clinical application.
