目的探讨分析卵巢黄体囊肿破裂出血的临床特征,诊断及治疗方法.方法选自我院2009年9月-2011年9月收治的27例卵巢黄体囊肿破裂出血患者,对所有患者的临床表现、发病时间、诊断和治疗情况进行回顾总结.结果16例患者进行止血、抗感染等保守治疗,占59.26%(16/27),11例行手术治疗,占40.74%(11/27),所有患者均治愈出院.结论及时准确诊断,有效的治疗能降低腹内出血量,提高临床诊断率,降低误诊率,增加患者特别是生育期妇女保守治疗的机会,避免不必要的手术.

Objective: To investigate clinical diagnosis and treatment of ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture. Methods:Clinical data of 27 patients with ovarian corpus luteum cyst rupture in our hospital from September 2009 to September 2011 were reviewed and summarized the clinical manifestations, time of onset, diagnosis and treatment of the patient. Results: 16 patients were treated by conservative treatment , hemostasis and anti-infective , accounting for 59.26%(16/27) , 11 patients underwent surgery , accounting for 40.74%(11/27) , all patients were cured and discharged from hospital.Conclusion:Timely and accurate diagnosis, effective treatment may reduce the amount of intra-abdominal bleeding , increase the rate of clinical diagnosis, reduce the rate of misdiagnosis , increased opportunities of women of childbearing conservative treatment and avoid unnecessary surgery.
